Quality Manager

Guards quality: nothing is produced without approval, and every batch can be traced.

    Review incoming requests

    Open the review queue. For each request you see site stock, average daily use and days covered after delivery.

    Approve or reject

    Approve to send the order to production, or reject with a note. Every decision is logged in the audit trail.

    Flag or block batches

    If a batch has a problem, flag or block it. The recall trace shows exactly which outlets received it, and partners see an alert.

    Monitor the Safety Lock

    See which brands are paused on delivery apps because a mandatory ingredient ran out.
